It\u2019s suitable as a dip or a sandwich spread. However, it\u2019s a little lighter than the various cashew or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thefullhelping.com\/cauliflower-alfredo-sauce-and-easy-pasta\/\">cauliflower-based alfredo sauces<\/a> that I\u2019ve made over the years.<\/p>\n<p>More importantly, it features the intense and irresistable flavor of roasted garlic.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-magic-of-roasted-garlic-tahini\">The magic of roasted garlic + tahini<\/h2>\n<p>Roasted garlic and tahini are an ideal match.<\/p>\n<p>Oven-roasting softens the aggressive, spicy kick of raw garlic cloves. But it\u2019s good to mix things up, and it\u2019s especially nice for those who don\u2019t like or can\u2019t tolerate tomato-based sauces to have a trusty alternative.<\/p>\n<p>Once you\u2019ve got a jar of roasted garlic tahini sauce in the fridge, you can take your pasta meals in many directions. Try adding roasted vegetables, such as eggplant, peppers, or cauliflower. <\/p>\n<p>For something fresher and with more texture contrast, you can mix the roasted garlic tahini sauce and pasta with crisp, steamed veggies. <\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s <em>so<\/em> good with all manner of peas: shelled peas, snow peas, or sugar snap peas.
