This mushroom soup is so good though, you\u2019ll just want a warm bowl by itself.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-to-make-cream-of-mushroom-soup\">How to Make Cream of Mushroom Soup<\/h2>\n<p>Unlike some soups and stews, this isn\u2019t a chop and throw everything in the pot and leave it situation. While I love the dump and go soup recipes, this soup starts with sauteing the veggies. Next you\u2019ll thicken it up with some arrowroot powder to make a roux, then add all the creamy ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s still super easy though and comes together in just minutes. I love smelling the mushrooms, garlic, and onion as they cook down together.
